Refunds

If you’re not happy with a Bridegenic digital product, you can ask for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

To ask, email [email protected] with the email address you used to purchase and your order details, and tell us which product it is.

Access

Your purchase includes lifetime access to the product you bought. Each purchase unlocks only that product.

Saving your work

The tools in our products save in your own browser, on the device you use. Lifetime access means you can come back to the product, not that your entries are stored in an account. Account sync is not available. Export your work as CSV, text or print regularly so you keep your own copy.
